The way to the heart is through the stomach... and the way to South Tyrol is no exception. In our restaurant here in Völser Aicha, we cook with only the finest, local ingredients. Whatever we do not produce ourselves we source from carefully selected partners with this one goal: for you to taste the wonderful variety of South Tyrol's specialties with every bite.
